Submit a Help Ticket

Submit a help ticket to our professional technical support team by filling in the required fields. You will be contacted promptly by our engineers upon the receival of your submitted ticket during normal working hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for a first response on tickets submitted on Fridays.

Accessing the ticket history tab allows you to view, search and track the status and progress of all submitted tickets.

Request either an online or onsite training on Gen2 eLendersoft, Gen2 eBrokersoft or Pricing Master for an in-depth and thorough tutelage of understanding and usage of our products.

Request Programs

Our Pricing Master tab allows you to view all loan programs currently available in our database. These programs are valid to be uploaded into your company's Pricing Master upon request. Subsequently enabling you to begin searching the programs listed in a mere fraction of second.

Please note: Should additional programs be required in your Pricing Master, our eKomas support team will customize your Pricing Master to include any and all of the programs needed. A supplementary set up fee will be charged for programs not already existing in our database.
